Hooligan Scale Models

By placing an order through the Hooligan Scale Models Shopify store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🔧 Product Description

  • All products sold by Hooligan Scale Models are 3D printed resin parts intended for model car kits, dioramas, and hobby use only.

  • Products are supplied in unpainted gray resin, unless otherwise stated.

  • Product photos may show painted, assembled, or modified examples for display purposes only.

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, surface texture, or small imperfections may be present and are considered normal.

📏 Scale & Fitment

  • Customers are responsible for verifying scale and dimensions prior to purchase (1/24, 1/25, etc.).

  • Parts are designed for specific kits or as custom / aftermarket components.

  • Minor sanding, trimming, test-fitting, or modification may be required.

  • Refunds will not be issued for scale mismatch or fitment issues if the correct item was shipped.

🧪 Material & Handling

  • Resin parts are more fragile than injection-molded plastic.

  • Handle with care to prevent breakage.

  • Light cleanup (support removal, sanding, washing) may be required before painting.

  • Proper safety precautions should always be used when sanding or cutting resin (mask, ventilation).

🚚 Shipping & Carrier Delays

  • Orders are carefully packaged by Hooligan Scale Models to minimize shipping damage.

  • Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or other) and is outside of our control.

  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, peak shipping seasons, or carrier processing issues are not eligible for automatic refunds.

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.

  • If a package is confirmed by the carrier as lost or undeliverable, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact Hooligan Scale Models within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the packaging and items are required for assistance.

  • Issues will be resolved through replacement or refund, at our discretion.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom and hobby nature of 3D printed parts, returns are not accepted unless:

    • The incorrect item was shipped, or

    • The item arrived damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming correct scale, application, and compatibility before placing an order.

  • Products sold by Hooligan Scale Models are not toys and are not intended for children.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, modification, or improper use.

  • By purchasing from this store, the customer assumes all responsibility for use of the products.
