Hooligan Scale Builds Child Safety Standards

Hooligan Scale Builds has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content or behavior that endangers children.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, publish, request, share, promote, or link to:

• Child sexual abuse material or sexually exploitative content involving minors
• Content that sexualizes, grooms, threatens, or exploits a minor
• Attempts to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes
• Content that facilitates child trafficking or other abuse
• Any material that violates applicable child-safety laws

Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

Users may report inappropriate comments through the in-app reporting feature. Other child-safety concerns may be reported directly to:

Please include relevant details without downloading, copying, or forwarding suspected illegal content.

Enforcement

We review reports and may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and restrict access to Hooligan Scale Builds. When required by law, we will report suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.

Cooperation With Authorities

Hooligan Scale Builds complies with applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with lawful investigations and requests from appropriate authorities.
