Hooligan Builds Terms of Use & Community Rules

Hooligan Builds is operated by Hooligan Scale Models. By creating an account or using Hooligan Builds, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Rules.

Community Standards
Hooligan Builds is intended for sharing scale-model builds, model-building projects, related products, and hobby content.

Users may not upload, post, or submit content that:

• Is threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or defamatory.
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Contains spam, scams, deceptive advertising, or malicious links.
• Impersonates another person or business.
• Contains another person's private or personal information without permission.
• Is unrelated to the purpose of the Hooligan Builds community.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Hooligan Builds has no tolerance for abusive users or objectionable content. Content or accounts that violate these rules may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.

User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, and other original content you submit. By submitting content to Hooligan Builds, you grant Hooligan Scale Models permission to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app and for purposes reasonably related to operating and promoting Hooligan Builds.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any photographs, text, trademarks, logos, or other material contained in your submissions.

Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
Hooligan Scale Models may review submitted builds before they are publicly displayed and may remove content that violates these rules.

Users can report inappropriate content through the app. Reports may be reviewed by Hooligan Scale Models and appropriate action may be taken.

Users may block other builders. Blocking prevents content from blocked users from being displayed to the blocking user where supported by the app.

Giveaways
Giveaway availability, eligibility, entry periods, prizes, and additional rules may vary by giveaway. Hooligan Scale Models may reject invalid, fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive entries.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for giveaways conducted through Hooligan Builds unless expressly stated otherwise.

Hooligan Scale Models Products
Hooligan Builds may provide links to products offered by Hooligan Scale Models. Purchases made through the Hooligan Scale Models website are governed by the store's separate Terms & Conditions, shipping policies, return policies, and other applicable store policies.

Account Suspension or Removal
Hooligan Scale Models reserves the right to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, attempt to interfere with the app, or create safety or security concerns.

Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Hooligan Builds account from Settings & Privacy within the app. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal information and user-generated content, except information that Hooligan Scale Models may be legally required to retain.

Service Availability
Hooligan Builds is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Hooligan Scale Models does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when app features, community standards, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
